If you want to pay by Debit Card or Credit Card, that is fine. However, we will incur fees and charges from LawPay for processing that we will turn around and bill you later for reimbursement. So, we highly recommend payment by LawPay's eCheck (ACH) feature instead. We never seek reimbursement from you for the minimal cost of using the eCheck (ACH) feature. There's just one thing: The maximum eCheck you can make through LawPay is $5,000. So, if your Good Faith Trust Retainer or Payment for Services is more than $5,000, you are going to have to make two or more eChecks through the LawPay.
LawPay now offers the opportunity for you to pay your attorney immediately while exercising a "pay later" credit extension feature through the consumer credit provider, Affirm. (NOTE: We plan to enable this feature and will offer details soon.)
